What We Believe
With the Church all around the world we confess the Apostles' Creed:
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirt, born of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.
How We Worship
The Divine Service forms the foundation of our life together at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Every Sunday we gather "with angels and archangels and with all the company of heaven" in worshipping our Lord Jesus Christ who truly comes to us in His Word and Sacrament, bringing forgiveness, life, and salvation.
Our worship can be described as traditional. We follow a liturgy. We pray. We sing hymns. We hear Scripture read and a sermon preached. We consume Christ's body and blood in the Sacrament of the Altar. Join us!
